CEM+
CEM+ is a high performance cellulose fibre cement building board, primarily suitable for sheathing and acoustic roofing applications.

CEM+ combines wind loading strength with high bending qualities, making it ideal for use as a sheathing board in multi-story installations where it’s superb weathering properties allows extra time before external cladding systems need to be installed.

Technical Data

Basic Composition - CEM+ is manufactured with sand, cement, cellulose fibres and additives.

General Properties - CEM+ is Class 0 fire rated, has excellent weathering properties and bending strength.

Machine-ability - CEM+ can be cut, drilled, nailed and worked in a similar fashion to timber and chipboard with standard wood working tools, but offers a much longer performance life.

Applications - CEM+ is ideal for use as a sheathing board, and possesses the qualities required for acoustic roofing installations. High MoR and MoE levels ensure wind loading strength with excellent opportunities for curvature.

Maintenance - Virtually maintenance free - cost effective.

Health & Safety - Appropriate health and safety precautions must be adhered to when working with this product (see lifting and handling section).
